Below are the positions we have available:
Full-Time & Part-Time Event Technician – Basic to Intermediate experience in any or all of the following five disciplines: Audio, Video, Computers, Lighting, and Rigging. 6 months of audio-visual experience preferred. Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment. Experience in retail, hospitality, and or related industries preferred. Starting
Event Technical Lead – Intermediate experience in all of the following five disciplines: Audio, Video, Computers, Lighting, and Rigging. 2 years of audio-visual experience required. Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
Event Technical Supervisor- Advanced experience in all of the following five disciplines: Audio, Video, Computers, Lighting, and Rigging. 4+ years of audio-visual experience required. Assists in training technicians on all floor activities and hotel and Encore service expectations. Serves as a mentor for new hires. Models and reinforces a positive working environment centered around company values.
Event Technical Specialist - Advanced experience in all of the following five disciplines: Audio, Video, Computers, Lighting, and Rigging. 3+ years of audio-visual experience required. Performs advanced work with Project Managers. Supervises and directs other technicians during an event.
Rigger & Lead Rigger - Responsible for performing rigging activities in a Hospitality or convention center environment while upholding safety and quality standards per all trade, Encore/property guidelines, and sops.
National College Leadership Program - Encore is seeking individuals interested in a career in operations management or sales throughout North America. Our National College Leadership Program, scheduled to start in June/July 2025, will be accepting applications where you can “Make Your Moment”. Upon successful completion of the 5-month Manager in Training program, individuals will be prepared for immediate placement into an operations or sales manager role within our nationwide network of 2,100 venues including luxury hotels, casinos, and conference center properties.

Hourly Pay Range: $13.58 - $38.70
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
