Senior Compensation Analyst
Position Overview
The Senior Compensation Analyst will participate in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs. The Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the Manager of Global Compensation.
Key Job Responsibilities
Compensation Administration
• Administer Encore’s compensation philosophy, policies, processes and programs.
• Ensure accurate and complete job descriptions for all company positions.
• Conduct job analyses to determine appropriate salary levels and provide recommendations to management and HR Business Partners.
• Review proposals for new and revised classifications to determine salary grade assignment while serving as serving as the COE within the HRIS system.
• Audit evaluation of positions and application of FLSA classifications to individuals.
• Recommend alternate actions to resolve compensation related issues.
• Work within the HRIS reporting tool and with other business leaders to provide occasional incentive compensation, bonus plans, or sales compensation analytics.
• Participate in compensation surveys conducted by reputable compensation organizations.
Incentive Plan Administration
• Assist in developing new incentive plans, updating existing incentive plans, ensuring plan accuracy, and distributing plan documents to plan participants.
• Responsible for the administration of the company’s incentive plans, which include utilizing the HRIS to determine and provide participant eligibility lists to Finance, working with payroll to ensure incentives are paid timely, distributing incentive payments to plan participants, and answering questions regarding incentive calculations and eligibility.
Company Support
• Educate Human Resources, Management and Associates about compensation philosophy and programs.
• Answer general questions, interpret policies, and share market best practice information as appropriate.
• Protect company proprietary and always maintain confidential information.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of compensation experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communications and customer service skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Demonstrated aptitude for statistical analysis, spreadsheets manipulation and database management
• Ability work in a fast paced environment and balance multiple projects and deadlines

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Salary Pay Range: $85,310.00 - $110,902.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
