Recruiting Coordinator
Position Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting a regional Talent Acquisition team within Encore. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders within the region and primarily be responsible for all recruiting related administrative activities. The Recruiting Coordinator should have exceptional organizational skills, excellent reporting and Microsoft Office experience including excel and PowerPoint, and strong verbal communications. This position will support a team of recruiters in a high-volume recruiting environment with the objective of effectively leading new hires through the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Key Job Responsibilities
Recruiting Administration Support
• Strong comfort level of communication within all levels of Encore and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team, new hires, hiring managers and third-party vendors located throughout the country.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and interviewers.
• Build recruiting related reporting using BI.
• Build powerpoint presentations to support recruiting related initiatives.
• Work with the marketing department to leverage recruitment related social media.
• Communicate to ensure proprietary information is protected and handled appropriately.
Pre-Employment Administration
• Create, send and retrieve offer letters from new hires in a timely manner.
• Monitor pre-employment data by ensuring the candidate completes necessary requirements and meets Encore standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with third party vendors for overall success.
Onboarding Support
• Become an expert on the Onboarding and HRIS systems to be point of contact for new hires and hiring managers.
• Initiate the Onboarding process and troubleshoot all questions throughout the process.
• Exhibit technical savvy by operating recruiting related programs, i.e., ATS, HRIS and Onboarding systems, along with Microsoft Office.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or other relevant field.
• 2 years managing a high volume workload.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing time effectively.
• Strong team player that will contribute ideas to enhance process.
• Exceptional focus on customer service and hospitality.

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Hourly Pay Range: $21.87 - $29.77
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
