Project Manager, COE
Position Overview
The Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management is responsible for collaborating with business partners to lead enterprise impacting, cross functional projects to ensure completion on time and in budget. The Project Manager will also create documentation and templates to drive better Project Management practices across the enterprise. Additionally, the Project Manager will implement and utilize project management technology. The Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management will report directly to the Vice President, Enterprise Project Management which resides within the Operational Center of Excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities
Cross-functional, Enterprise Projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Oversee delivery of assigned projects and report on key activities such as project budget, scope, risks, resources, and timeline.
• Develop Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) best practices such as policies, processes, intranet presence, templates, and corresponding appropriate communications.
• Creating inventory of projects roadmap, as well as project specific roadmaps.
• Developing communication materials such as project charters, status slides, announcements, training and more.
• Scheduling regular project team meetings and appropriate stakeholder and sponsor communications and meetings.
• Coordinate project closure activities.
Reporting
• Create dashboards showing Project Management Office project performance.
• Track engagement on Intranet publications.
• Report on key project metrics.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a Project Management Office (PMO)
• 1+ years of consulting experience preferred
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar desired
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work with cross-functional key stakeholders
• Eagerness to “roll-up-the-sleeves” and drive projects to completion
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to details and well organized
• Positive approach to teamwork and problem solving
• Willingness to learn, implement, and teach new technologies

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Salary Pay Range: $90,533.00 - $110,902.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
