Position Overview
This position will support key areas of the business through an improvement in inventory utilization, increased subrental efficiency, and actionable reporting. Responsible for supporting corporate and field teams through continued development of an equipment utilization program and sharing of best practices. Works directly with local teams to assess areas of opportunity and provide support, recommendations, and a strategy to advance company objectives. This position will report into the Director, Asset Management.
Key Job Responsibilities
Asset Management
Assist the Field Asset Managers in analyzing rental stock inventory within a region to ensure subrental reduction and maximum utilization through appropriate technology, inventory levels, and product mix.
Works directly with regional leadership to construct a plan to improve equipment usage through reallocation, make & model alignment, repair, and retirement. Oversee progress in each region to resolve issues, improve communication, and report out on progress.
Customer Service & Subrental Management
Execute high communication standards, both verbally and in writing, to set, follow through, and meet customer expectations clearly and accurately. Work directly with field operations to drive down external subrentals. Review subrental data with an eye toward improving both direct costs and reducing the dependence of subrental suppliers. Develop and implement new initiatives to increase efficiency and provide additional capital and subrental cost savings. Primary point of contact for issue resolution related to subrentals.
Process Improvement
Work closely with regional sub-rental champions and oversee regional sharing processes. Work with regional teams to improve regional communication between the hotel and branch divisions in an effort to increase internal sharing. Examine inter-divisional sharing practices to ensure company resources are being utilized efficiently. Develop new standards and processes to address those opportunities.
Reporting
Provide frequent, actionable reporting to Product Management and local teams as needed. Identify areas of opportunity and outline measureable path to improvement. Provide RVPs with localized reports to support corporate initiatives. Responsible for managing all reporting data and information related to utilization projects.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of business experience / Event technology background preferred
• College degree preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills required
• Strong Analytical skills required, including Excel and Access

Work Environment
Work is generally performed at an office that is moderately quiet. Team members will occasionally visit other work locations for meetings or for other business reasons. Working times will include days and may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by PSAV.
