The Opportunity

The Commercial Business Analyst will support revenue growth by enabling our sales teams to better address their clients’ needs and increase their book of business. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide the sales organization with high quality of CRM Data and reports they need to sell more effectively. This position will act as the conduit between IT and sales to deliver strategic projects to our sales teams and complete adhoc tasks when required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administration management of CRM, providing training support to ensure adoption and usage of platform to drive required performance management and insights
  • Support sales to keep CRM data accurate and complete to enable Sales performance and Insights function to leverage value of CRM platform, support business development and the sales ecosystem, optimize sales planning and drive sales initiative
  • Monitor Data Hygiene, support ongoing maintenance of Account Records and ownership
  • Produce Monthly Reporting and CRM usage and Usage via CRM Dashboards
  • Track and monitor status of follow up from lists of lost business and reason
  • Managing, qualifying and quoting inbound leads

Your Background

  • Experience in a similar role
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (D365 experience desired)
  • Comprehensive understanding of data management, interfaces to other sources e.g. excel, Smartsheet
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL databases
  • Ability to self-prioritize, negotiate, and manage requests from multiple project
