Encargado de eventos MTY

Funciones Específicas:
- Excelente trato con cliente directo / paralelo al área comercial
- Excellent customer relations / parallel to the sales area
- Desarrollo integral de proyectos con el cliente
- Realización y supervisión de cronogramas de entregables
- Realización de planos 2D (ocupación y zonificaciones)
- Coordinación de proyecto en paralelo con Project Manager
- Desarrollo técnico de las propuestas Creativas
- Generación de listas de equipos Audiovisuales
- Realizar las funciones que le sean asignadas por su supervisor inmediato para el buen funcionamiento del área.
Requisitos laborales.
- Artes Escénicas, Stage Management, Producción Audiovisual, Diseño industrial, Marketing, carreras afines.
- Idioma Inglés 50% oral y Escrito
- 5 años de experiencia en el medio.
Conocimientos:
- Experiencia en producción de eventos híbridos y virtuales
- Vectorworks 2d (Preferido)
- AutoCAD 2d
- PowerPoint / Keynote
- Excel
- Paquetería Office 360 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Software de predicción Audio, video, iluminación (Ideal)
