The Opportunity
Core Responsibilities
- Leading strategic workforce planning using data, trends and predictive insights
- Managing a team of Workforce Coordinators through clear priorities, standards and trust
- Working by exception — focusing attention where risk, cost or service thresholds are breached
- Influencing stakeholders (including SLT) through insight‑driven recommendations, not just reports
- Improving team engagement, ownership and capability as operational models evolve
- Balancing labour efficiency, compliance and crew experience in high‑pressure environments
About You?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
- Strong analytical ability
- Regional management role/multi location management role
- Excel/data analysis skills
