REQUISITOS:
Lic. Psicología,Administración o afín
Experiencia en el puesto 3 años
Experiencia en el proceso completo de Reclutamiento
Manejo de psicometría
COMPETENCIAS:
•Atención al detalle
•Actitud de servicio
•Resolución de conflictos
FUNCIONES:
•Reclutamiento local y foráneo.
•Entrevistas iniciales, profundas y por competencias
•Manejo de perfiles operativos, administrativos y gerenciales.
•Proporcionar asesoría a solicitantes de áreas internas para identificar las características principales de los puestos vacantes.
•Armado de expedientes
•Publicación de vacantes en diversos portales
•Manejo de EVALUATEST, CANVA.
