They ensure that each event is flawlessly executed, and work with the rest of the team to setup and strike down each event in a timely manner. To reinforce our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our Paris site as soon as possible:
Technical Event Manager (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Comprehensive, autonomous planning and implementation of AV projects
- Creation and presentation of a project-related overall concept at our customers
- Direct contact to our Hotel and End-customers
- Compilation, management and monitoring of the project team as well as involvement of external service providers
- Monitoring the trades and ensuring quality standards
- Project-related budget responsibility including billing and cost controlling
- Close cooperation with the regional management and the sales managers
- Ensuring quality standards
Your profile
- Training as a specialist for event technology, event management or electrical engineering or in related professions, study courses or further education
- Many years of experience in project management
- Good business understanding
- Strong service mentality and communication skills
- Responsible work
- Experience in team leadership
- Flexibility in operation times
- MS Office knowledge and knowledge of common drawing programs (CAD, Vectorworks)
- Very good French and good English skills
- Representative appearance
- Valid driving license
