They ensure that each event is flawlessly executed, and work with the rest of the team to setup and strike down each event in a timely manner. Solicitamos: Coordinador de eventos
Requisitos:
- Preparatoria/Lic. Comunicación, Ing. Audio o afín.
- Experiencia operando equipo audiovisual.
- Supervisión de personal.
- Proceso completo en montaje de eventos (operativo y administrativo)
- Conocimientos técnicos en audio, video o iluminación.
- Inglés Intermedio
Funciones:
- Reunirse con personal de hotel para establecer los detalles del evento.
- Planear montaje y preparar equipo y solicitar personal necesario.
- Coordinar los montajes (inicio - durante - fin)
- Garantizar el cumplimiento con las normas de seguridad.
- Asegurar que el equipo montado cumpla lo especificado en la cotización
- Operar equipos en caso de ser necesario.
- Mantener comunicación con colaboradores para anticipar problemas o resolverlos a la brevedad.
- Mantener fuertes relaciones con los clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos administrativos.
