Senior Divisional Workforce Manager
Position Overview
The Senior Divisional Workforce Manager will provide strategic leadership to their assigned area and the organization to align field team member resources to an evolving business environment. This role will be responsible for workforce demand planning in assigned markets, regional reporting and data analytics, and driving people management and development initiatives. Exceptional regional leadership capabilities, coupled with expertise in strategic demand planning and analytics skills, will allow this role to provide critical support and partnership to all levels of management to achieve stated goals and KPIs.
Reporting to the Director, Workforce, Production & EIS the primary responsibility of this role will be to champion the ongoing development of an effective labor management culture at Encore to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities
Workforce Demand Planning
• Work directly with regional sales teams to understand future event demand in assigned markets
• Work directly with Production and Venue Teams to ensure that labor planning is taking place for all appropriate events, ensuring that staffing requirements are effectively met.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the assigned markets, identify high volume periods, and work on solutions to satisfy the demand
• Approval Manager for markets that need to request outside labor resources and use of overtime
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding labor management practices, helping to shape long-term workforce planning and optimization efforts.
• Report high level data for SVP leadership at Fin Ops meetings.
Reporting and Data Analysis
• Create regional reports and make recommendations regarding actions that should be taken including staffing level changes, training, and other actions to improve labor performance
• Be a subject matter expert for all workforce related reporting, including Power BI based reporting
• Drive the adoption of existing and developing advanced analytics and reporting tools, leveraging business intelligence to anticipate workforce trends and long-term strategic planning
Workforce Related Systems and Process
• Direct the region to use all scheduling systems, tools and process effectively
• Be a subject matter expert for Navigator Workforce
• Understand and implement the LEAP scheduling process, driving alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance system functionality, and increase operational efficiency at a regional level.
People Management and Development
• Directly supervisor the Workforce team for assigned markets
• Promote and reinforce a positive working environment centered on Encore core values
• Manage human resources related issues including performance management, salary administration, and training and development
• Drive talent development initiatives, identifying high-potential team members and implementing strategies for career growth and succession planning within the workforce team.
• Provide focused and continued coaching to develop the skills of the Workforce team.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Labor Management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
• Strong analytical ability

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, in an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Salary Pay Range: $118,515.00 - $145,181.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
