Talent Acquisition Analyst
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and analysis for the talent acquisition function. This individual will serve as the technical point of contact and assist with ensuring data integrity, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement. In addition, this individual will be involved with ensuring an exceptional technological experience for both the recruitment team and job seekers. Position will serve as subject matter expert (SME) and central point of contact for the talent acquisition team in the fields of recruiting technology, systems administration, metrics analysis, recruitment branding and vendor management. The incumbent leads TA system integrations and overall system management for global projects. The technology systems include ATS UKG Pro Recruiting (external and internal job seekers) and Onboarding, HireVue (on-demand video interviewing), Radancy, (recruitment advertisement agency) and Paradox.AI. The incumbent will partner with Talent Acquisition Team on recruitment advertisement strategies and internal intranet management and marketing.
Key Job Responsibilities
Recruiting Technology Integration
• Strategic partner to talent acquisition team in the development and execution of programs in concert with the talent acquisition COE.
• Create actionable plans and serve as project lead for improvement initiatives ensuring consistency across the operation. Monitor progress toward program strategies, goals and report findings to leadership team.
• Utilize and introduce recruitment tools for technology optimization, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management.
Systems Administration
• Operate as the technical and social link between ATS system, talent acquisition team and hiring managers who utilize it daily.
• Provide ongoing first level user support, responding to questions/requests for action and system issues to streamline recruitment processes.
• Work closely with end users to develop and prioritize change requests, system alterations and customizations.
• Lead the technical rollout of system enhancements/updates while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Manage the control of system access rights, security settings, template updates for job descriptions/offer letters, user accounts, company locations, cost centers, etc.
System Reporting
• Prepare intermediate to complex reports using Artificial Intelligence and business intelligence, in response to requests from users.
• Design and develop dashboards to communicate key workforce trends in a concise and easy to understand format.
• Work with HR Technology, Payroll and overall HR Team to refine audit reports for data accuracy.
Strategic Metrics Analysis
• Provide trend analysis and forecasting for talent acquisition processes from data obtained through applicant tracking system, social media, HRIS system and other assorted mediums.
• Integrate and partner with HR/TA executive leadership team on recruitment data to show holistic talent management for the talent acquisition COE.
• Provide operational reports and metrics to ensure that talent acquisition goals and expectations are being met while using data to analyze and make business interpretations to drive decisions, improve processes and identify departmental deficiencies.
Recruitment Branding
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team with identifying, building, fostering and maintaining Encore’s overarching employment brand to strive towards the common goal of attracting and maintaining the best talent for the company.
• Works to implement a positive candidate experience through close collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, Marketing, Human Resources and outside vendors.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and third-party vendors to ensure Encore brand alignment and advertisement, as well as partner on social media technology solutions.
Vendor Management
• Responsible for leading the collaboration between talent acquisition and third party vendors for the conception, planning, implementation and analysis of new programs and initiatives.
• Serve as first point of contact to liaise between Talent Acquisition COE leadership and vendors while rolling out new initiatives to team.
• Participate in vendor meetings and strategy sessions consistently uncovering new methods to introduce cutting edge technology and processes to streamline talent acquisition workflow.
Development
• Serve as COE training lead for talent acquisition team and hiring managers in the field in regards to new technology, methodology, integrations and processes. This includes but is not limited to ATS functionality, HireVue, Paradox, Onboarding, sourcing strategy/idea generation, etc.
• In partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers create training schedules for new members of talent acquisition team and lead the training regimen in order to efficiently immerse and educate in recruitment processes, technology and expectations.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3-5 years’ work experience in an analytic role
• 2-3 year’s experience developing end user reporting/analytics
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
• Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG is plus)
• Strong understanding of recruiting and HR processes including experience with recruiting metrics
• Ability to think critically, reason analytically and work towards solutions
• Advanced use of using AI tools and platforms
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Salary Pay Range: $74,182.00 - $96,437.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
