Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and is responsible for the management and maintenance of Encore proprietary websites as well as for their role in Encore’s marketing activities. Key to this role is the ability to have a strong UX understanding coupled with demonstrated expertise in web content, usability, architecture, development and design.
Key Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Web Presence Management
• Activate the strategy, execution and analysis of Encore’s digital marketing program to reach/exceed lead generation goals and KPIs while maximizing ROAS inclusive of:
o Encore Website management – content, SEO, design, UX, ecommerce, ads, promotions
o Planning and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns
o Efficient use of marketing platforms and personalization tools (e.g. Marketo/Dynamics/DoubleClick) for management of digital & cross-platform promotions
• Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders across the Encore organization to drive alignment and results on digital marketing initiatives and approaches.
• Manage corporate website properties to support the company’s business objectives (i.e. consistent corporate presence, revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness).
• Facilitate and support all phases of web optimization projects including development, design, testing and production, within budget and on schedule.
• Create and maintain a positive customer experience across the website and other digital touchpoints.
• Build and maintain the digital marketing infrastructure – including data, tools, and processes to enable a positive online customer experience.
• Develop and manage digital content for the site in supported CMS (e.g. WordPress, Adobe) aligned with overarching marketing strategy.
Web/Technology Leadership
• Maintain a deep understanding of the online space stays current with online technological trends, tools and approaches and leverages this insight to envision the future of Encore’s online presence.
• Maintain productive relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendor partners.
Vendor Leadership
• Work closely with external vendors and consultants.
• Optimize and evaluates vendor relationships to improve the Encore website environment and user experience.
Reporting and Analytics
• Establish and track key performance indicators and other supporting metrics to measure website performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with internal teams to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns/programs.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor of Arts/Science, Fine Arts or Business degree required.
• 7+ years of Website Management, technical experience working with Web applications and/or Web design/development.
• Documented experience managing online marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, affiliate and display.
• Working experience with graphic design and online information architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of digital tracking & analytics concepts (Google Marketing Platform)
• Expert knowledge of leading CMS solutions (e.g. WordPress, Adobe)
• Familiarity with Web programming languages (such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS) a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems creatively.
• Excellent web/digital media project management experience.
• Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most efficient manner.
• Ability to effectively negotiate/influence others.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
