The Role

As a Senior Lighting Technician, you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands-on delivery across the installation, programming, operation, and removal of lighting and event technology systems for premium corporate events.

You will play a key role within the production team, collaborating with highly skilled technicians and stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences. This role requires advanced lighting programming capabilities, strong technical knowledge across integrated event technologies, and the ability to lead crews in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

What we're looking for

• Operate and program lighting consoles including GrandMA, MA2/MA3 and other professional lighting platforms
• Advanced systems patching and signal distribution for lighting networks(MA-Net, sACN, ArtNet, W-DMX)
• Advanced knowledge of static and moving fixtures
• Thorough understanding in power distribution
• Prepare and maintain show documentation
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of ax/vx
• Strong ability to crew lead
