Unsere Techniker sind das Fundament der Veranstaltungen, die wir aufbauen und zum Leben erwecken - von der Einrichtung so aufwendiger Geräte wie einer LED-Wand bis hin zur ordnungsgemäßen Verlegung der Kabel im Veranstaltungsort. Sie sorgen dafür, dass jede Veranstaltung einwandfrei durchgeführt wird, und arbeiten mit dem Rest des Teams zusammen, um jede Veranstaltung rechtzeitig auf- und abzubauen. Bei Encore hat die Kundenzufriedenheit höchste Priorität, und unsere Techniker spielen eine wesentliche Rolle beim Aufbau einer positiven Beziehung zu jedem unserer Kunden.

For our Montreux office, we are looking for an
Event Technician
to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the technical planning, execution, and support of high-quality events. Together with the team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site and that the highest quality standards are met.

Your Responsibilities
- Technical planning, management, and execution of high-quality events
- Setup, teardown, and operation of modern event and media technology
- Preparing quotes, coordinating with external service providers, and planning logistics
- Working closely with the hotel team and the end client on-site
- Ensuring compliance with agreed-upon quality, safety, and service standards
- Setting up and managing conference rooms on-site
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional with knowledge of AV media technology, or comparable professional experience
- Customer-oriented and independent work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Flexibility regarding work hours
- Very good German language skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
